PRODUCTS & SIZING
How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?
You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide, which is conveniently available on the page of each product.
Where can I find specific product material and care instructions?
You can find detailed information about materials and specific care instructions on the individual product page for each item. Look for the Features and Care sections.
The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
We recommend visiting the product page for the item you're interested in. You can usually sign up for our "back in stock" notification service there. We'll email you if and when the item becomes available again. We cannot provide specific restock dates otherwise.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case). Note that it might take a few days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment method.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Maelstrom accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit or debit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. We may be able to cancel it and issue a refund so you can place a new order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. You will need to wait until you receive the order and then follow our return process if needed.
How do I use a discount code or gift card?
Simply enter your code in the designated field during the checkout process. The discount or gift card value will be applied to your order total before payment.

SHIPPING
How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
National orders are processed the next working day after the order and delivered within 4 working days.
International orders might take up to 2 working weeks to get delivered.
We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Looking up the tracking code or contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be emailed with the tracking code of your shipping.
If you don't receive the tracking email, please contact us.
If you receive the tracking code but it's not working, please reach out to the carrier (please note that it might take a few hours to become active).
HOW CAN I MODIFY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Contact us providing your order number and correct shipping address so we can understand if we can change it. If your order has already been shipped, we can try to ask to change the address. In case the courier does not give us the possibility to change it, we are not responsible for failed deliveries.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Who pays for return shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns to our customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself.
Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund/exchange?
Once we receive your returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect and process your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method immediately after processing. Please note that it can then take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund or exchange shipment has been initiated. We appreciate your patience!
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We take these issues very seriously and will investigate each case thoroughly. In the event of a damaged item, please take at least 3 photos of the damaged product from different angles and email us as proof, along with your delivery order number, so we can take care of it.
