Order Processing:
We aim to process and prepare your order for shipment on the next working day after your purchase is completed.
Please note that "working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping within Italy:
We offer two options for delivery within Italy:

Cost: €3.49 for orders under €50.

Cost: FREE for orders €50 and over.

Estimated Delivery: Approximately 48 hours (2 working days) after shipment to your selected InPost location.

Poste Italiane (Home Delivery):

Cost: €4.95 for orders under €50.

Cost: FREE for orders €50 and over.

Estimated Delivery: Typically within 3 working days after shipment.

International Shipping (Europe):
We use UPS for reliable delivery across Europe:

Estimated Delivery: Approximately 2 working days after shipment.

Delivery Time Disclaimer: The delivery times stated above are estimates provided by our carriers. While we work closely with them to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as customs checks, carrier issues, remote locations, or peak holiday seasons) may occur. Delivery times begin once the order has been shipped.
Shipment Tracking:
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
This email will contain your unique tracking code and a link to the carrier's website (InPost, Poste Italiane, or UPS), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery online.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within Italy and most other European countries.
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Europe. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
