We want you to love your purchase! However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.

Return Window

  • You can return items within 15 days from the date you received your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Free from any damage, stains, or alterations.

  • Have all original tags still attached.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Please package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • You must use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking code for your return shipment.

Inspection and Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions within 5 working days.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment used during the purchase.

  • We will notify you once the refund has been processed. Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Returns shipped after the 15-day period will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or without original tags will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Providing a valid tracking code is essential. Without a tracking code, we cannot confirm receipt of your return and cannot guarantee processing your refund if the package does not arrive.
