You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please package the item(s) securely to prevent damage during transit.

You must use a trackable shipping service and provide us with the tracking code for your return shipment.

Inspection and Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions within 5 working days.

Returns shipped after the 15-day period will not be accepted or refunded.

Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or without original tags will not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Providing a valid tracking code is essential. Without a tracking code, we cannot confirm receipt of your return and cannot guarantee processing your refund if the package does not arrive.
