Return Window
- You can return items within 15 days from the date you received your order.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Free from any damage, stains, or alterations.
- Have all original tags still attached.
How to Request a Return
You can submit a return request directly from our self-service return portal. Once submitted, our team will review your request within 5 working days. If approved, you will receive an email with the return shipping label to attach to your parcel. Do not ship your return before receiving this email.
Return Options
When submitting your return request, you can choose between two options:
- Store credit (discount code) — Receive a discount code equal to the full value of the returned item(s). Return shipping is on us — no fees deducted.
- Refund to original payment method — Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during purchase. A flat return shipping fee of €3.49 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Both options include a pre-paid return shipping label sent via email upon approval. Return shipping is handled via InPost and is available for orders shipped within Italy only. If you are returning from outside Italy, please contact us before submitting your request.
Inspection and Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them within 5 working days.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or issue your discount code accordingly.
- You will be notified by email once your refund or code has been processed. Please allow some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Returns requested after the 15-day period will not be accepted or refunded.
- Items returned damaged, worn, washed, or without original tags will not be eligible for a refund.
- Do not ship your return before receiving the shipping label via email.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit if sent without using the provided label.
